Peppermint Mocha

As the winter season approaches, our digestive fire is much stronger, meaning that it is okay, and even beneficial, to eat heavier and warmer foods during this time. Healthy oils, raw honey, warming spices, and milks are prominent this season. Drink spicy teas throughout the day along with warm milks and spices such as ginger, cinnamon, and clove. The tea house offers warming steamers such as ginger & bee pollen, and a cinnamon & ghee steamer that can be made with organic steamed almond milk, in addition to our traditional indian chai. Our special house peppermint mocha is made with organic cacao, coconut palm sugar, and peppermint extract. No refined sugar! Happy holidays and be well!
